Long-term ownership.
Clear responsibility.
A group with different business interests needs governance that respects different rights, obligations and purposes. The nature of ownership matters as much as its duration.
Different interests.
Different duties.
Controlling and minority interests do not create identical powers. Separate businesses may have distinct leadership, stakeholders, confidentiality obligations and decision rights.
Dainin's governance approach begins by recognising those distinctions. We do not treat a common business relationship as permission to override relevant legal, professional or commercial responsibilities.
Responsibility made explicit.
Ownership & authority
Controlling and significant minority interests are subject to different voting, appointment, consent and oversight rights. Each relationship should be described according to the legal structure and agreements that govern it.
Business independence
Group participation does not remove the purpose or obligations of an operating business. Where neutrality, independent assessment or professional boundaries are essential, those protections remain part of the business's identity.
Intellectual-property rights
Ownership of a company, a brand, a patent application and a technology licence are not interchangeable. Rights and their legal holders should be identified accurately; applications must not be described as granted patents.
Confidential information
Commercial relationships may involve confidential business interests and restricted information. Public portfolio disclosure is selective. A group relationship does not permit unrestricted transfer of user, customer or assessment data.
Professional partner standards
Every official Dainin Partner must meet the applicable CEOS certification requirement. Practical business assessments and capstones evaluate competence; formal appointment and commercial rights require separate approval. Equity investees and software customers are not automatically Dainin Partners.
Technology & decision authority
Corporate governance is distinct from permissions inside CEOS. Technical authority, approvals and execution boundaries are covered by Dainin AI's own architecture and documentation.
